1 On January 15, 1948 Edward Goad, hereinafter called claimant, filed his claim for compensation stating that on the 19th day of December, 1947, while employed by Lippert Brothers, Inc., he sustained an injury to his right wrist. The claim was settled on joint petition March 18, 1948 insofar as it affects Lippert Brothers, Inc.
